These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services and facilities provided by Playverse (Soft Play Zone, Digital Play Arena, VR Experiences) and Aurora Hall (Event & Party Venue). By booking, purchasing tickets, or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms.
Playverse and Aurora Hall are family-friendly spaces; abusive behavior, unsafe actions, or damage to property will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates these Terms or behaves in a manner that endangers others.
Playverse staff are present to maintain safety rules but are not responsible for supervising individual children.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behavior inside all play zones and event areas.
Socks must be worn in the Soft Play Zone at all times.
No outside food or drink is allowed unless pre-approved for parties or events at Aurora Hall.
Guests with infectious illnesses, open wounds, or contagious conditions are not permitted to use the facilities.
You must follow all posted safety instructions, including weight/height restrictions for specific play areas or VR experiences.
VR experiences may not be suitable for very young children or guests with epilepsy, motion sickness, or certain medical conditions.
Playverse is not liable for discomfort or injury resulting from failure to disclose medical restrictions prior to use.
All bookings (for play sessions or Aurora Hall events) are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full to confirm reservations unless stated otherwise.
No rough play, climbing on non-play structures, or misuse of equipment.
Alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Any damage to property caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.
